In renovating and repositioning a 1980’s office tower past its prime, we helped our client discover untapped value below grade, and created a holistic experience that connected the building to the community, and opened up what was once an impenetrable fortress.
Lush plantings bring the outside in, and a walkable skylight brings natural sunlight deep into the building’s subterranean levels. New work-forward food and beverage offerings include a coffee bar in the lobby called Arable, and a full service restaurant called lafolia, elevating the amenities to deliver desirable spaces that attract.
Lafolia is a new work-forward full service restaurant and bar located at The Gardens at 780, providing a fresh perspective on New York dining through beautiful preparations of hand-selected ingredients and is at the heart of the amenities experience.
