Taking a traditional, early 20th century lobby space and turning it into a comfortable, modern experience for tenants and guests was a tall order at 315 Park Avenue South. A+I injected a dose of material interest through a cast concrete reception desk, stained wood accent walls, and an alluring seating area that doubles as an informal space to work.
