Brand Identity and Brand Implementation
A+I designed and branded The Landing, The PENN District’s signature dining destination. Located in PENN 1 and operated by DMK Restaurants, The Landing’s unique brand story is inspired by the glamor of Pennsylvania Station of the last century.
The sophistication of the identity design, evoking polished brass and embossed green leather, along with our guidelines and branded touchpoints, extend far beyond the dining experience; its clean logo mark is adaptable to the catering and on-demand food service throughout PENN 1 and its work lounges, while resonating with Vornado’s brand ethos.
This continuity in experience is core to Vornado’s approach to service at PENN 1 and across their portfolio of properties, one that values a strong brand presence and its role in building a sense of loyalty and belonging. The Landing has quickly become an anchor for The PENN District neighborhood, with crowds spilling out from the restaurant and bar and into the adjacent work-lounge from early lunch, through happy hour, to late evening.
