Brooklyn Heights
Watchtower Redevelopment Proposal

New York, NY
20,000 Sq/Ft

The expansive Watchtower campus in Brooklyn’s Dumbo neighborhood offered a chance to create a vibrant street life to an area that had been self-contained for decades. After its sale to a private interest, it was time to let the people in. The office space itself already had good bones — large floor plates, windows with views and natural light — but the buildings below needed a new life. Add a dynamic, connective retailscape to make it irresistible. Give the tenants what they want and the neighborhood what it needs, and watch what happens!
