For over forty years, they remained in the same building and their space was deeply in need of an aesthetic refresh. This was also as an opportunity to support a workplace reorganization that reflected on-going explorations by leadership to emphasize greater departmental connectivity and visibility; reinforcing with space and experience a greater sense of being part of the whole.
