Co-Founder Brad Zizmor speaks on The IPUT Podcast, ‘Shaping Our City’

Co-Founder Brad Zizmor visited Dublin this past September for the IPUT Real Estate Dublin thought leadership event, Making Better. The event included input from leaders in real estate and the built environment, emphasizing how thoughtful design can influence the future of the workplace, neighborhoods, and cities.

Alongside Dan Shannon of MdeAS Architects, both spoke on their working relationship across many developments in New York, as well as the need for early involvement of all stakeholders to ensure that buildings and neighborhoods are answering to the needs of both building users and local communities.

While in Dublin, both Brad and Dan sat down with Niall Gaffney, IPUT’s CEO, for IPUT’s new podcast, ‘Shaping Our City.’ In this inaugural episode, the three discussed building design and the urban landscape of Dublin and New York City, as well as the vital role people-centered design plays in these landscapes.
